Reach Loader
Reach Loader is software for a WINDOWS® computer which is used to install project (.rea) files and Reach firmware (.reax) files onto Reach Remote Operator Interface (ROI) modules. Reach loader is also used to configure other site-specific parameters in the Reach ROI module like:
- User group passwords
- Passwords associated with the PLC/RTU
- Addressing and baud rate information for communicating with the PLC/RTU
Your WINDOWS® computer is connected to the Reach ROI module using a USB-B to USB Mini-A (M-M) cable – which can be found in the mobile phone section of most retail stores.
